Definitions

In this agreement, "Chelsea Minicabs," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative to allow sufficient time for your journey, especially for airport transfers where timely check-in is crucial. Failure to allocate adequate time resulting in delays will not be the responsibility of Chelsea Minicabs.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car size suitable for your group and luggage. Chelsea Minicabs does not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage, and each child, irrespective of age, will be considered a separate passenger.

2.3 Any request for wheelchair access should be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotation is based on the information provided by you. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust the quote for any material changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the confirmation. Failure to notify Chelsea Minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.

3.4 Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or mess caused may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their age, weight, and height.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits specified by licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please notify us promptly. Cancellation charges may apply if a vehicle has already been dispatched.

5.2 Online bookings canceled before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure punctual arrivals, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred during your journey.

6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Chelsea Minicabs liable for any expenses, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 Neither party can exclude liability for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation as per applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Chelsea Minicabs may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our consent.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, and any changes will be updated on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information per the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Chelsea Minicabs.

8.5 No third party may enforce rights under this agreement without written consent.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Chelsea Minicabs is not obliged to entertain disputes filed after this period.
